How do I return an item purchased?

Bristlo offers returns or refunds only in cases of damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products. You can raise a return/exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order. To return your order:

  1. Please email our Customer Support team at support@bristlo.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. In the email, include your Order ID and describe the issue.
  3. If a return is accepted, we will credit a refund to your original payment method, covering the cost of the damaged/defective/expired/incorrect product within 4-5 business days.
  4. Our Customer Support team will get in touch with you to guide you through the process.

Note: If a replacement is requested, it is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund.

Can I Return Oral Care Products?

Oral care products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns. However, if there is an issue with the product you received, please reach out to us at support@bristlo.com.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or return/refund by following these steps within 24-48 hours of receiving the order:

  1. Email our Customer Support team at support@bristlo.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Include your Order ID and a description of the issue in the email.
  3. Attach your Order Invoice (received via email on the day of order placement) and photos of the damaged/defective/expired/incorrect product.
  4. Our Customer Support team will get in touch with you to guide you through the process.
