Shipping & Delivery
My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
To track your order, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Delhivery Tracking Page: Go to the Delhivery tracking page.
- Enter Your Tracking Number: Input your order number or tracking number provided in the email/SMS.
- View Order Status: You can see your order's live status and timeline on the Delhivery page.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?
Yes, we charge our customers for shipping based on their PIN Code. We do not charge higher rates if you’re close to our warehouse.
For order totals of more than Rs 299, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to all PIN Codes and a small fees of Rs 49 for orders below Rs 299.
Do we provide faster shipping services?
Yes, we offer our customers two shipping options: Standard and Express Delivery.
However, Express Delivery service is only available at selected PIN Codes.
If your PIN code qualifies for express delivery, you will see that option on the Address Page during checkout.
Do I get any shipping discounts if I order more items?
Yes, for orders amounting to Rs 299 or more, we offer FREE Standard Shipping to all PIN Codes.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping or shipping discounts on Express Delivery Service.
The Free Shipping Offer applies only to orders with a cart value of more than Rs 299 and does not depend on the overall order.
How does the delivery process work?
- Order Processing: Once our system processes your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- Packaging: After passing the final round of quality checks, products are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Delivery: Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as soon as possible based on your shipping choice. If they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in sustainable shipper boxes or pouches, ensuring they are covered safely. Each product is packaged securely, with fragile items like bottles protected with bubble wrap or padding. We pride ourselves on the quality of our sustainable packaging.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time usually ranges from 3-5 working days, depending on your zip code and location in India.
While we strive to avoid delays, some out-of-stock products might delay your order.
In other cases, product delivery could see delays due to payment processing, logistics, public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.
Does Bristlo ship outside India?
At present, no. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
